Please contact us, in the first instance, to check tour availability and, where possible, for us to hold provisional places for you.

Once this has been done, you have two options.  Firstly, you can download and print out a PDF version of the booking form and post it to us.

Or you can complete the booking form online.  To do this first select the number of people in your party from the drop-down menu below, and then press Go.

Please first make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions and About Sunbird information. Please fill in the relevant information and check carefully before pressing the submit button. If you require any additional information, please contact the Sunbird office.

Sunbird requires a deposit of £400 per person prior to confirmation of your booking. This can be sent either by sterling cheque or by bank transfer. We can send you our bank details on request.  At present we do not accept debit or credit cards.
