You have two options.  Firstly, you can download and print out a PDF version of the booking form and post it to us.

Or you can complete the form online.  To do this first select the number of people in your party from the drop-down menu below, and then press Go.

Please first make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions and About us information. Please fill in the relevant information and check carefully before pressing the submit button. If you require any additional information, please contact the Sunbird office. Sunbird will acknowledge receipt of this application within 2 working days and, subject to availability, hold provisional places for you. Once this acknowledgment is received we will require a deposit of £300 per person (as a cheque made out to Sunbird) to confirm the booking.
